• Managed a team of 20 support personnel who troubleshot a variety IT issues – Operating systems, PC’s and MAC’s, printers, proprietary and off-the-shelf software, internet connectivity, Exchange, voice and data, rollouts and migrations of systems in-house and worldwide. • Implemented policies and procedures regarding how problems are identified, received, documented, distributed, and corrected - Created and Implemented Help Desk Support (T1-2-3) matrix’s for problem/resolutions - ensured maximum issue resolutions in minimum time. • Evaluated new information systems products or services and suggested changes to existing products or services to better aide the end user by meeting with business units monthly. • Familiar and with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, as wells as relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others • Collaborated on phone system migration on Definity G3 from AT&T to MCI – administered department phone line changes. Used proprietary version of UNIX on telecom reporting. • Implemented new IP schema – migrated static addressing to DHCP. • Constructed-training lab of LAN-WAN, Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000, NT, Windows 95/98, Exchange 4.0 email, and Propriety software. • Supervised Inventory & integration of new Internet, Voice, and Data systems - multiple T1 Internet access speeds. • Accountable for sales and service proprietary software rollout and error tracking for code changes in Visual Basic 5. • Negotiated contracts for new or changing Data/Voice/Support/Services, & Software Licensing. • Scheduled and reported status to CIO & VP, and other business executives.
