Daily Duties at The Fox And The Grapes:

• Led and developed a Team of cross functional staff of 14 employees and 12 contractors. o Help to build and develop a collaborative team between departments. o Coordinated and implemented weekly coaching and mentoring opportunities with the 7 Department Managers (DM’s) and assisted in their on-going training. o Synchronized and applied internal opportunities for training and development. o Worked with DMs to develop annual penetration rates. o Supported DMs to ensure all contracts are executed correctly. o Trained DMs to interview subcontractors, review credentials and establish rates. o Taught DMs to work with subcontractors to determine capacity and service areas. • Developed Estimating and Production processes for Management of All Operations – Administration, Cleaning Services, Construction and Maintenance, Finance and Accounting, Food and Beverages, Marketing and Sales, and Technology. o Developed training modules for estimating and pricing. o Created standardized proposal templates. o Collaborated on design of logo, signage, web site, email marketing (Icontact), social media (Facebook, Twitter, a blog), SEO, corporate literature, marketing packages, gift certificates, add-ons, and online Specials and Promotions page. o Cultivated regional alliances in order to increase customer expectations, provide value-added benefits, and increase overall profits. o Sold, planned, and coordinated 30-35 on-site special events per year. o Analyzed current operation trends and determined areas of improvement and accountability. o Ensured that subcontractor rates are consistent within and/or across divisions. o Made standard subcontractor agreement with consistent rates and terms. o Reviewed subcontractor agreements to ensure they are at The Fox and Grapes Terms and conditions. • Financial Tracking and Accounting Related Responsibility o Formed accurate tracking (using QuickBooks & Merchant Systems) and reporting for company to be able to determine work sold, contractual growth, work sold or lost during season, division and/or company. o Worked with DMs and Manager of Accounting and Administration to track performances accurately to maximize GM%. o Located facility and 3 refinancing processes, created and implemented project plan all within 1 year & under budget, and managed contractors restoration process and payroll. o Completed all quarterly and annual financials for in-house, federal, and state. • Material Procurement o Explored innovative solutions for procurement. o Created and led all daily operations in Procurement, Cost Analysis, and Services Activities. o Determined which product lines can be used regionally and nationally - leveraging buying power. o Trained DMs to interview suppliers, review capacities and negotiate purchase price.
