Daily Duties at Wallick Properties:
• Directly responsible for maintaining, both physically and financially, 26 real estate entities ranging in size from 12 units to 95 units. • Extensive knowledge of HUD section 8, section236, and section 202 programs. • Additional knowledge of IRS section 42 and Rural Development programs. • Motivated and evaluated a staff of 39 personnel at locations in Northern and Western Ohio. • Priorities included extensive updating of the physical elements of many older properties and educating current staffing more thoroughly in marketing techniques.
