Daily Duties at Rlj Management:
• Directly responsible for maintaining, both physically and financially, 22 real estate entities ranging in size from 24 to 100 units. • Community programs included HUD, 202, 811, and section 8 facilities, in addition to Rural Development partial subsidy properties, and Tax credit. • Supervised all on site staff of 28 people. • Updated and reorganized all program files and provided additional training in policy administration and marketing techniques, as well as REAC and UPCS physical protocol. • Reorganized several financially strapped Communities to operate more efficiently thru more aggressive turnover policy and better use of available funds.
