Daily Duties at Gorsuch Management:
• Directly responsible for 26 Real Estate entities, both physically and financially, ranging in size from 8 to 100 units, totaling 759 units. • Communities involve a full spectrum of Governmental programs; including HUD section 8, 202, 811, as well as Tax credit and Rural Development. • Represent Gorsuch Management and Managed properties to Asset Managers, as well as Federal Agencies, and Contract Administrators. • Company Section 504 Coordinator, overseeing all Reasonable requests for accommodation and project physical updates. • Maintain and update Company policy manual for all processes and procedures. • Assures implementation of all policies and procedures as proscribed by Federal policies, procedures and regulations.
