Daily Duties at Ponce Construction, Inc.:
Talking to customers, marketing & advertising my company, surveying, designing & drafting, and estimating projects. I am proficiently skilled in masonary, carpentry, concrete form setting, pouring, and finishing concrete. Additionally I have experience in drywall, plumbing, and laying underground electrical conduit . Managing projects from start to finish for the purpose of controlling time, cost and quality are demanded in my field. This has taught me to be extremely attentive to time. I've also learned to be an expert in contract methods, and above all to keep good safety standards, and identify workplace hazards. This has helped my company to prevent injury and illness for over 25 years with no workman's compensation insurance claims.
