Vice President / Banking Center Manager II Provided hands-on customer service, leading by example to greet customers in bank lobby immediately upon their arrival, and following up to ensure needs were met during the visit. Monitored high-level quality for customer service and all operational aspects. Coached staff and teams on key banking center approaches and effective strategies for building customer relationships. Collaborated with Consumer Market Executive to review banking centers’ performance for continual improvement
