Educate, support and develop existing and potential customers through a combination of sales and marketing efforts such as seminars, WebEx, in-person client meetings and trade shows. Identify client needs, expectations and manage deal terms through the contractual process. Prioritize and manage resources to maximize benefit and work closely with Marketing and R&D to drive publications with the academic and government markets. Responsible for supporting pre- and post- sales activities within a defined geography to grow the metabolomics services business.
