•Manage staff of 18 full-time employees and provide 24-hour coverage over three shifts providing network copying, imaging, and fax and mailroom services. •Increased annual billing figures by controlling expenses and increasing revenue. •In charge of revenue/expense budget forecast, of cost center billing $960,000 in revenue per annum. •Service 200 attorneys and support staff. •Recruit, manage, train and develop staff. •Restructured corporate environment and culture resulting in increased morale and staff production. •Managed and cultivated network copy, mail, and fax operations at multiple locations.
