Daily Duties at Sprint Consumer Group:

Project Manager for end user interface (SPICE); implemented business requirements to enhance the system; worked with programmers and system testers in order to implement business requirements to make the system more efficient and user friendly for the call center reps; as an executive assistant I supported the director of IT and her direct reports with all administrative tasks, presentations, reports, expense reports, calendaring/travel...etc.
