Daily Duties at Life Technologies:

• Investigate new, previously unused technologies where the application to a specific product is unknown. • Assure continual GLP, SOP compliance and validation of formulation processes. • Involved in assessing the initial viability of a proposed development of a new or improved product. • Assist technical staff with research, experimentation and development activities from small-scale synthesis to large-scale manufacturability. • Prepare reports describing laboratory or experimentation results derived from qualified research or compiled research data. • Participate on in-house committees to discuss issues requiring immediate and long term corrective action plans, contract maintenance, and reporting activities. • Review draft protocols, for completeness and feasibility.
