• Accounting Software used – Net Suite ERP package. • Developed relationship with vendors and re-negotiated the existing payment terms. • Full cycle A/P, A/R, Collections, Sales Tax, Fixed Assets Depreciation & leased equipment schedules, Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash. • Time Track – Maintain and process payroll hours and employee benefits such as vacation, PTO time and comp time. • Other – General Ledger, JEs, GL & Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation, Client Invoicing, and AR reconciliation.
