• Processed weekly Payroll, remitted Payroll Taxes and performed reconciliation, GL JEs, job costing (Construction Accounting), extensive Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting, AP / AR, month end closings. Assisted in Worker Comp. Audits, Project / job costing, Office Management. • Preparation of financial statements (Balance sheet & Income statement) and Trial Balance report, adjusting entries, Pre-paid and Accruals, month end closing. • Developed and implemented Internal Control in all areas of accounting functions and automation of several reports for internal reporting • Analysis and reconciliation of Bank accounts, Balance Sheet, and Credit Card accounts.
