Full financial responsibility for a 55 bed general acute hospital and a 104 bed psychiatric hospital. Responsibilities include overview and evaluation of collection activities, accounting, accounts payable, payroll. Responsibilities also include budgeting, and cash management. Administrative duties include Overview and evaluation of medical records, environmental services, admitting, program activities, attendance and participation at medical staff and hospital committee meetings. and review of other administrative functions as requested by the Chief Executive Officer. In 1996, the license for Bellwood General Hospital and Orange County Community Hospitals were combined.
