Daily Duties at Focus Healthcare:

Responsible for the operational overview of three acute psychiatric hospitals and one chemical dependency facility, located in 4 states. Duties included coordination of all aspects of the facility functions with the local administrator, overview and approve policies, procedures, contracts, employment changes. Responsible for all state, federal and local licensing requirements and JCAHO certification. Full responsibility for financial operations. Member of the local facility governing board responsible for the reporting of facility operations to the president and board of directors.
