Duties included coordination and management of all departments, full responsibility to all regulatory agencies, including successful JCAHO and CMS surveys, management of relationships and fee negotiations with managed care companies increasing all contracts by as much as 60%, decrease in A/R day’s by 25%, and successful negotiations with insurance providers for preferable rates. Increase in the census of the facility by 30%, increasing the income of the facility by 250% in the two year time period.
