Daily Duties at Pacific Health Corporation:

Responsible for the financial and operational overview for 4 Acute Care Hospitals, Including one Long Term Acute Care Hospital. Consolidated the Materials Management function for the corporation, resulting in increased discounts and reduced cost. Organized the Case Management function, optimizing length of stay and consultation utilization, Responsible for the management of the Information Technology department, creating management tools for the efficient management of key operating statistics. Responsible for the FTE Management, Accounting, Payroll and Accounts Payable. Served as the Chief Financial Officer for 3 of the hospitals as well as a Medical Clinic. Serve on the Board of Directors of three of the four hospitals. Served on the Compliance Committee of the Corporation. Developed the Decision Support function for the corporation. Developed and managed the process for the procurement of major equipment, including obtaining credit facilities. Reviewed and implemented new contracts. Serve as a 401k Plan Administrator.
