Daily Duties at Ins Trust Auto Insurance Group:

I completed first and third party auto damage appraisals (was a significantly more focused role than I had been accustomed to)completing agreed cost of repairs when possible with shops, handling requests for supplemental repairs from shops in less than or equal to 24 hours and helping mitigate loss of use or rental by staying in touch with the shop regarding repair progress. I also covered a large territory including most of the Piedmont - Triad area of North Carolina. This included twelve counties. In addition, I completed a significant number of appraisals and supplement reinspections (when necessary) on a daily basis and most appraisals were completed within 24 hours.

What they like about Ins Trust Auto Insurance Group:

You highly value a work environment built on a formal structure, rules, and regulations. You do not enjoy the unpredictability of shifting priorities and deadlines that upset your routine. You require and enjoy direction, input and accountability as part of your work environment. You have a strong need to participate in making key decisions and feel left out if your superiors or co-workers do not seek your input when making decisions. You thrive on providing good customer service to both internal or external customers, and doing so makes you feel good.
