Responsibilities included recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching sales staff of fifteen to successfully achieve budget. Developing of all marketing presentions, pricing,and inventory management. Coordination of sales and promotions for stations and clients. Forecasting and budgeting sales and expenses.
