Daily Duties at L 3 Communications:

Drive P&L for major engineering and services business unit. Responsible for concept, development and deployment of a major Integrated Sustainment business area still in place today. Daily tasks include business development, marketing, organizational development, process improvement, balanced scorecard, staff management and training, new service line development, proposal development, new business opportunity development, strategic teaming and partnerships, trade show presentations, financial reporting and P&L responsibilities.
