Started in Editorial at Telerate and held multiple positions leading to Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing. Companies served included Telerate, Dow Jones Markets, Dow Jones Telerate and Bridge Information Systems which were integrated within Thomson Reuters. Accountable for the leading the business plan to develop Energy transaction service with strong technology platform and liquidity from a wide scale participation of the traditional power companies, new power and natural gas marketing companies and major oil companies. Directed business development, product marketing and sales teams on a global basis and also guided global editorial, and content business plans for growth. Inspired the growth of a one stop platform to include transactions, trading systems and linking this with trade capture and risk management systems including settlement systems for cash commodities, OTC and Exchange based transactions. Headed the Future Source Joint Venture and many other agreements as Senior Company Officer.
