Daily Duties at Thomson Reuters:

• Spearheaded ongoing service management of over 70 global vendors as part of the Global Vendor Management leadership team. • Accountable for commercial strategy, outsourcing, budgets, portfolio management, transformation agenda, staff management, strategic review, monitor market trends, planning, supplier management along with the contracts and key employees at vendors. • Headed strategic review of the global portfolio and implementation with vendors. • Steered governance across complex and demanding service requirements from various internal groups and managed this with vendors to support end to end work flow with multiple work streams running in parallel. • Enhanced delivery of such services for customers at their locations and their data center. • Initiated mission critical Real Time Hosting arrangements and addressed latency. • Delivered higher level of customer service as measured internally by the Event Driven Program. • Partnership management included Vendor Management and building Strategic Alliances with focus on various services provided to clients in over 28 countries in Americas. • Spearheaded field service, project management, software, logistics and hardware through collaborations with IBM, HP, Dell, Oracle-SUN, Cisco, Microsoft, Insight etc. • Managed migration of customers from legacy networks to BT network and also the implementation of products on the Elektron led networks. • Headed various transformation projects including Operational Efficiency around engineering, consulting and order management resources Product Launch Management ( 2006-2010) • Directed both Partnership Management & Product Launch Management. • Successfully launched over 350 products during 2006-2010. • Leveraged best in class Product Delivery framework working with Global Strategic Business Units, Product Marketing, Development and Sales & Service Channels. • Streamlined the increase in the launch pipeline to 100 products in 2009 & 125 plus in 2010
