Performing assessments,history and physical,obtain chief complaint information, perform vital signs, perform OB ultrasounds and obtain fetal heart tones, monitor patient status, review labs and inform physician of abnormal findings, schedule surgeries, triage calls, call in prescriptions, assist physician with exams, do followup calls, reassure and comfort patients/families when needed, supervise other help to achieve good care of patients.
