Daily Duties at Alliance Business Centers:
Responsible for cash management, budgeting and forecasting for the company. Oversaw accounts receivable, accounts payable, and all third party provider contracts. With general manager oversaw and participated in staffing issues, center sales performance, and any client issues or complaints. Presented proposals for operations of property owners’ executive suite floors (operations) with business partner (primarily sales focused). Oversaw the preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly financial reports of operations to business owners. Presented quarterly reports in face to face meetings as often as property owners desired. Oversaw and negotiated employee medical insurance programs, as well as sales, use, employer payroll, federal and any other regulatory tax reporting requirements.
