Daily Duties at Asrc Management Services:

Maintain full accountability for handling all aspects of day-to-day activities in support of organizational goals and objectives. Apply strategic planning, prioritization, and project management skills toward consistently achieving critical deadlines. Demonstrate sharp business acumen in providing comprehensive administrative leadership of the operational and financial management of assigned contracts. • Supervise all facets of work assigned to Project Managers in accordance with project budgets and logistics, including financial management, human resources management, and operations improvement • Contribute dynamic leadership skills in setting strategic direction, as well as coordinating, directing, and controlling contract functions. • Track various programs such as DHS Field Office Support Services, U.S. Army CECOM Security Services, ATF Personnel Security, DEA EPIC, and IRS Asset Forfeiture.
