• Assisted in developing policy and procedures and protocols for new therapies. • Acted as charge therapist including assigning units and floors, maintaining sufficient equipment stocks, and assisting and resolving problems in the hospital. • Acted as preceptor for new respiratory therapists and respiratory therapy students. • Assisted in developing a curriculum for a start-up respiratory program with Caldwell College. • Worked in adult, pediatric and neonatal critical care units. • Performed all aspects of respiratory care. • Assisted in intubations, bronchoscopies, and codes.
