Performed random, ongoing quality assurance checks to assure study data was in order on collection from patients before checked by sponsor personal, IRB personnel and/or FDA agents. Devised, implemented and updated HIPAA rules and regulations in accordance with regulations and laws according to MediSphere's status under the HIPAA laws. Updated and implemented Standard Operating Procedures and Employee Handbook. Participated in the hiring of all employees and was HR contact in hiring, terminations, or complaints of the staff and patients. Handled unemployment issues, etc Produced specialized documents to meet FDA, Sponsor, and IRB qualifications. Trained the present Regulatory manager Assure all duties in the clinical administration of trials were current at all times. Trained telephone screeners, clinic personnel, data personnel, managers and regulatory affairs personnel and assisted all personnel with problem solving exercises. Performed daily Business Development activities Telephone contact including incoming calls as well as making outbound calls for recruitment purposes. Developed the patient database for the purpose of recruiting volunteers for clinical research studies.
