Daily Duties at Nova Care Outpatient Rehabilitation:
Responsible for all areas of billing and collections in a centralized operations with 350 personnel covering 35 states and 356 clinics. Billing office activity include: registration and charge entry, insurance verification, claims processing, payment applications, insurance and guarantor follow-up, contract analysis, operations reporting, and customer service. Accountable for processing more than 2.4M claims for 3.8M patient visits per year collecting $181M in cost efficient operations.
