Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity was split between offices (jacksonville FL, and Deerfield Beach) I was lead in Deerfield reporting to manager in Jax. • Focal point during any disaster event • Coordinated 32 Business Unit Plan Coordinators and mentored each plan • Monthly newsletter and bi-monthly intranet • Synchronized plans into one master • Controlled updates to policy and plans • Organized and executed “All Hazard Fair” and “Hurricane Preparedness Demos” • Coordinated and managed all recovery tests • Counseled outsourced technology for DR responsibilities and contractual mediations • Created test templates and scripts • Annual Executive presentation and report • Liaison between Technology and Business units • Established a council from support departments (security, Risk Mgmt. Safety) • Participated in various projects as analyst with Business Continuity interest • Corporate representative on Community Emergency Boards and associations.
