Daily Duties at Chipita International Sa:
with my experience and my knowledge I guide and support all the team of the plant from the high level until the lowest level to understand the process, to follow it and to get the correct final product. All these achieved from all the team while I was near to them all the time and controlling them, explaining their mistakes. a) Start α “Croissant” Production, b) “Know how” α production methods transferring, c) Quality Control of final products. Very good communication and cooperation with all the people in the company (staff and the management).
