Plan and develop a new factory unit according to the Group’s policies and specifications Main Responsibilities: a) Transferring the “Know How” and generating solutions for personnel’s productivity and efficiency, b) Production and Quality Auditing, c) Creating the right conditions for intercultural cooperation among the employees I get the correct product (quality, cost) according the company's targets.I cooperate / managed the employees of the plant with very good results and with out having any problem
