a) General Administration and Development of Factories in Lamia, Central Greece b) Auditing and Functionality of 9 Production Lines according to SAP system (QM,MM,PM), c) Development of new products and new production facilities, d) Personnel’s productivity and efficiency (540 employees), e) Outcome and Cost Reports to the Group’s Head Board, f) Achieving Goals over consumptions, raw materials, labor over consumptions and auditing the plant through AIB, IFS, HACCP standards.
