Daily Duties at Inter Continental Hotels Group:
Responsible for overseeing, managing, and training team of Tier 1 technical Operations Analysts and all activities associated with the identification, prioritizing, and resolution of reported issues in support of providing first class customer service to users & clients. Manage 24 X 7 global computer operations and system management activities in a global computing data center facility. Provide leadership over case logging and escalation using the Change and Problem Management process (Marathon) Collaborate closely with Tier 2 & 3 support engineers and operations analyst personnel for problem resolution.
