Provided periodic regulatory reporting including, N-CSR, and NSAR. Performed annual variable annuity due diligence reviews at each underlying advisor. Conducted annual 15C reviews. Monitored and reviewed monthly, quarterly and semiannual reports received from the various fund managers. Performed compliance due diligence of alternative asset managers as part of the life insurance company’s investment strategy. On a quarterly basis presented regulatory reports to the Variable Annuity Board of Directors.
