Facilitated audits and examinations that covered marketing, directed brokerage, trading (aggregation, allocation, cross trading, principal trading & IPOs), best execution, soft dollars, code of ethics, personal trading, portfolio management, contracts, policies and procedures, performance, GIPs reviews, outside activities, insider trading, AML and more. Executed mock SEC examinations. Played a pivotal role in new business development as well as the development of the firm’s auditing staff.
