Served as Chief Financial Officer overseeing financial, risk management, and administrative operations for 7 vertically integrated companies (domain management, transaction processing, technology consulting, telephone sales, video production, and web hosting) with over $100M in annual revenues. Duties including implementing budgeting and planning, financial reporting, risk assessment and monitoring, legal, insurance, maintaining banking relationships with domestic and international banks. Report to president and a member of the senior management team. Supervise external annual reports and annual audit. Manage staff of 25 accounting, risk and administrative professionals including 3 at management level.
