Serving as Vice President of Finance assisting Chief Financial Officer in overseeing all financial, information systems, and human resource functions for a privately held insurance broker/agency providing products to automobile dealers in 19 states with over $120M in annual revenues. Duties including accounts receivable, budgeting and planning, development and implementation of internal audit function including revamping internal control structure, financial reporting, insurance, and maintaining banking relationships. Supervise external annual reporting, valuation and audit on an annual basis as well all national, state, and local tax reporting on a quarterly basis. Manage staff of 27 accounting, information technology, and human resource professionals including 4 at management level.
