Daily Duties at Kirk Clinic:

Maintain day to day operations of the clinic. Responsible for the daily electronic billing of claims to the respective insurance companies. Would generate patient statements when required. Responsible for the credentialling of contracts for the doctor and therapists for all insurance companies. Responsible for the billing and accounts receivable for the clinic. Also responsible for keeping current on all regulations. Handled the computer conversion of patient records and billing accounts from one vendor to another, and from one 4010 software version to 5010 software version. Handle contact with clients, record requests and government for disability requests.
