Responsible for Fiserv computer conversion of savings accounts, loan accounts, and general ledger. As main team player, along with President and Vice President, responsible for Stock Conversion of the Association. Also responsible for the Bank Merger of First of America with our Association. Prepared Monthly and Annual Financial Statements, and Miscellaneous Reports for the Board of Directors. Also responsible for Investment trading, preparation of reports, audit of accounts and account reconciliations, accounting department, checking account department and payroll department and day to day operations for all three departments. Preparation of journal entries. Responsible for the computer software and computer conversion. Worked closely with the Auditing Firm. This includes preparing auditing schedules and supporting documentation.
