Interacted with patient care team and report directly to Nursing Supervisor to provide comprehensive, quality and caring health care to diverse patients. • Treated all patients fairly, with kindness, dignity and respect. • Monitored and documented vital signs as needed. • Rendered assistance with medical treatments or post mortem care, ambulation, exercise and prescribed physical therapy. • Ensured a healthy patient environment. • Sterilize equipment and supplies, replace linens and assist with room cleanliness. • Assured nutritional requirements are met prior to serving and/or feeding patients. • Documented and immediately report any patient changes to Nursing Supervisor.
