Daily Duties at First Partners, Inc:
I would work with third party management companies to improve the overall financial condition of the property. I would work with the management companies so that we were able to increase the rents and improve occupancy. On monthly basis I would analyze third party management property financials, and provide watch lists to investors. I personally oversaw 39 properties, which I would familiarize myself with the partnership agreement, work with General Partners in maintaining the asset. I reviewed the partnership tax return and audits. I performed yearly site inspections and audits and provided the investor with their K-1 schedules. I oversaw properties in the managing general partner capacity in which I was involved in hiring and replacing management companies. I reviewed all tenant files for compliance with tax credit regulations. I worked on properties that went through bankruptcy proceedings.
