Daily Duties at Channels To Employment:
• Develop and monitor the program budget by providing short and long term goals • Supervise, coordinate and develop of up to 14 employees • Recruit, train, motivate, and monitor staff schedules, and complete the hiring process • Job Development • Case manage seven to ten individuals with developmental disabilities • Work with vocational, residential, County Case Managers, Brokers, and State Agencies • Build and maintain working relationships with clients and their employers • Lead staff meetings and provided staff with incentives • Basic and intermediate computer technical support • Process payroll • Maintaining daily/monthly documentation
