Daily Duties at Murad, Inc.:
-Managed marketing activities for 6 skincare lines (Acne Complex®, Resurgence®, Murad Professional, Murad Man, Redness Therapy and Murad Suncare) and 3 vitamin supplements with 2 brands being the top 2 within the company (Resurgence and Acne Complex) accounting for 40% of total sales. -Supervised and developed 2 Associate Marketing Managers, conducting performance appraisals, identifying and recommending for high visibility projects, and advising on courses. -P&L Responsibility for 6 skincare lines.
