Reported and distributed the financial statements at facility, corporate and municipal levels including the budget and reforecast preparation. Directed staff functions and oversaw policies within the Accounting, Exhibitor Service and Parking departments. Approved and administered leases, contracts with clients, vendors and customers, and facility expenditures to successfully meet the operating budget.
