Successfully met sales 100% of target for 7 of the 9 months. The Market Leader in new Business Activations. • The go to person to fix critical broadband outages for Business customers in the South East region • Worked behind the scenes to get the customer up and running working with IT, Technical Support, resulting in saving Small Business thousands of dollars • Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of Wireless and Wire-line products • Provide world-class customer service, putting emphasis on the customer experience and their willingness to recommend AT&T to Family and Friends • Handle a variety of issues including billing, network, accessories, and equipment problems • Generated leads by cold calling local businesses, profiling clients, effectively presenting products to enhance the work place. • Networked extensively with clients to build successful business to business relationships. • Negotiated terms, closed sales, and wrote contracts.
