This was demonstrated with a current product line and in a new product line, provided direction and ensured that short and long term objectives and goals were performed and that the department was in collaboration with other departmental plans, Monitored inventory control and quality, manufacturing consumption and database reconciliation and internal audits, reviewed and reported with excellent results inventory control in a plasma environment, ensured tha the department was in compliance with the Federal Drug Administration as well as the European and Asian Regulatory authorities, Overseen the process scientist trends and process improvements and created a platform for new technology to be implemented, personnaly monitored annual shutdown maintenance and improvement projects in conjuction with validation, change control and engineering with quality approval, developed the departmental operations budget and controlled expenses within .06%.
