Compliance is regulated and overseen as well as production and operations support of personnel. This includes hiring and drug testing, Job assignment and job scheduling, Creating job descriptions and implementing a more Lean Manufacturing environment. Had a lower employee turnover during my oversight. I was brought into this position to grow this small company and be recognize by the 3 major fortune 500 companies.
