Daily Duties at Quad Gen Wireless Inc.:
• Coordinate drive teams performing cluster level, single site verification, growth site verification drive tests in the field for effective data collection • Coordinate drive tests for successful handovers among the cell sites across the network (IFHO, IRAT) • Detect and troubleshoot the hardware and software issues in Agilent and TEMS • Responsible for analyzing and processing the drive data using Actix and generate related reports as required for the optimization of network for Philly, NY, MI, WABA, IA, MO markets. • Generate GNG reports and analyze KPIs for the data collected for AT&T networks • For optimal site/cluster performance, analyze the drive test results for call drops/blocks, coverage issues, network traffic, throughput, sector swaps, congestion and interference • Detect and troubleshoot handover issues (IFHO, IRAT) using Layer 3 messages
