COMPUTER SKILLS: •Design and implementation of program linking JPL Accounting System to MS Word; Update, download, and transfer of programs and data; Installing and troubleshooting of hardware and software programs; •Browsing through various server programs including Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator; •Installing and programming of ITCP programs and data for LANs; All applications of Microsoft Office and Lotus 1-2-3; Able to work efficiently on both Macintosh and Wintel. ADMINSTRATIVE SKILLS: •Adept proposal and contract administrator and instrumental in writing contracts for purchase transactions of acquisitions; •Processing mortgage titles of newly acquired properties; •Development of computerized program for corporate data; •Coordination and implementation of training; •Consulting support for key copy machine operators; •Effective management skills; •Responsible for commercial mailings to prospective clients.
