Researched complex issues on high monetary check transactions, fraud issues, reconciled ARP account statements, deposit inquiries, and bank research. Open and closed accounts. Assisted in associates’ quarterly reviews. Coached Tier 1 associates. Motivated Tier 1 associates to success.
